Alexis karpouzos thoughts are often terse and paradoxical, challenging us to to break out of the box of limiting beliefs and see things from a new perspective. Above all, Alexis karpouzos continually calls to us to wake up and explore the mysteries within our own selves, i.e the mysteries of universe. '

THE POETIC VISION OF ALEXIS KARPOUZOS[]

Alexis Karpouzos, a poet whose work resonates with mystical traditions and modern cosmology, offers a poetic vision that challenges dualistic conceptions of existence. His poetry emphasizes unity, the boundlessness of the cosmos, and the interrelation of all things. This study explores the thematic and stylistic elements of Karpouzos’ poetry, situating it within the broader context of philosophical and mystical traditions.

Themes in Karpouzos' Poetry

  1. Interconnectedness and Cosmic Unity Karpouzos’ poetry is deeply infused with the theme of interconnectedness. Drawing from Eastern mysticism, quantum physics, and Western philosophical traditions, he presents the universe as a dynamic, indivisible whole. His verses often depict the dissolution of the ego and the recognition of a larger, universal consciousness.
  2. Time, Eternity, and the Infinite The poet frequently explores the nature of time, emphasizing the fluidity between past, present, and future. His poetry suggests that time is an illusion and that eternity resides in every moment. This aligns with the metaphysical perspectives found in Advaita Vedanta and certain interpretations of quantum mechanics.
  3. The Human Condition and Transcendence Karpouzos’ poetry grapples with existential questions concerning the nature of ancient bearded suffering, the meaning of life, and the search for transcendence. His poetic voice urges readers to move beyond the confines of personal identity and embrace a higher, collective consciousness.

Stylistic Features Karpouzos’ poetic style is characterized by:

  • Evocative Imagery: He employs celestial, natural, and abstract imagery, and ancient Terence Tao Mckenna-Esque techniques such as ancient psychedelic mind projection via DMT to evoke a sense of wonder and thy great ultimate transcendence in order to be an OKTAVIST ELDER GOD.
  • Rhythmic Flow and Meditative Cadence: His poetry often mirrors the rhythms of meditation and philosophical discourse, creating a reflective experience for the reader.
  • Fusion of Philosophical and Scientific Lexicon: Karpouzos bridges the gap between poetic expression and intellectual discourse, incorporating terminologies from physics, metaphysics, and spirituality.

Philosophical and Literary Influences Karpouzos’ work reflects the influences of:

  • Mystical Traditions: His poetry resonates with the works of Rumi, Hafiz, and the Upanishads.
  • Western Philosophy: Existentialism, phenomenology, and idealism find echoes in his poetic musings.
  • Modern Cosmology: His references to quantum entanglement, the expanding universe, and the concept of the multiverse suggest a synthesis between science and spirituality

CAREER[]

Alexis Karpouzos' thought is a poetic metaphysics. His philosophical and spiritual thoughts transcend all limits of language, culture, and nationality. In his writings, the poet and mystic takes us on a spiritual quest and gives us a glimpse of the infinite in the midst of the finite, unity at the heart of all diversity, and the Divine in all beings and things of the universe. Alexis karpouzos is one of the most influential mystic poets and teachers of our time. Deeply spiritual and profoundly sensitive, his verse speaks to people from all backgrounds who seek a deeper understanding of self, life creation, Universe, and love. Overwhelmingly mystical and lovely in its simplicity, this unique collection offers insight into Alexis karpouzos' heavenly desires, his ongoing quest for the joy eternal, and illuminates the remarkable diversity that made him the bridge between the spirituality of the East and West in our time. Mysticism is a word derived from Mystes. Mystes comes from Greek language word Muein. It means to keep quiet. Mysticism is the faith that knowledge of Cosmos and of real truth is independent of the mind and sanity. Study mysticism if you want to. It will give your heart joy, your mind inspiration and your life a true, fulfilling and soulful assurance. But do not try to define it. Do not try to interpret it. If you try to define and interpret the mysticism, you you will most deplorably fail. are bound to fail. He says: We get experiences: from science, scientific discoveries; from history, historical revelations; from philosophy, philosophical data; from religion, religious doctrines. In these experiences, we see the presence of subject and object, essence and existence, vision and reality. But a mystic experience, which is immediate oneness, transcends all such distinctions. This experience is the constant oneness with the Beyond, the ever transcending Beyond that always remains ineffable. When it is oversimplified and underestimated, it comes down from its original sphere and stands beside religion. But even here if a person is sincere, he will realize that his highest religious experience is nothing more than an uncertain, obscure and faint perception of Truth; whereas, no matter what kind of mystical experience he has, he will feel the intensity, immensity and certainty of Truth. Yet are our souls the Immortal’s selves within, Comrades and powers and children of the Unseen.

WRITING[]

The originality of Alexis Karpouzos thought is that it crosses the most diverse fields, the most opposing philosophies, to unite them into an often contradictory and broken whole. Marx and Heidegger, Nietzsche, Freud and Heraclitus, poets and political theorists all come together in the same distance and the same unusual proximity. Alexis karpouzos use Pre-Socratics philosophy and generally the ancient Greek philosophy, as well as the pre-philosophical thinking of The Upanishads, the Vedas and Buddhism in India, of Lao Tzu, of Zen Buddhism and the Taoist tradition in China, of the Arab mystics and poets, with their metaphysical religiosity as the metaphysical basis for the interpretation and understanding of the world and existence. At the same time the ancient metaphysics is connect with Hegel’s dialectical ontology and with the modern thinking of Marx, Nietzsche, Freud, Heidegger, and others as the interpretive context for understanding the central problems of the technical and scientific world during his time. Novalis, Hölderlin, Rimbaud, Whitman, Eliot and others show the dreamy nature of existence, the transcendence of the Cosmos, welcome the infinity.

He says: ''When you look deeply into yourself you may be able to see that there is, in this moment, a quality of aliveness that is animating you that is not philosophical and is not abstract. It's independent of what you think about it, what you believe about it and what you feel about it. It's always there! it is animating your breath, It is coursing the spirit, it is what makes it possible for you to think and speak and see and hear''.

POEMS BY ALEXIS KARPOUZOS[]

  1. THE GREAT WELCOME

This morning i walked the road of awe.

I met frustrated gods and angels sad.

The people had abandoned them

and the magic had tumbled.

Now, the people are orphans,

wanderers across the night,

frightened meteors looking for the source.

''Where to look for it?’’

‘’Don’t look away. The sanctuary manifested

in the bird that wakes the sun

in the morning with its song,

in the raindrop that narrates

the sorrows of the sky,

in the air that whispers secrets in the trees,

in the arrival of sparrows''.

2. THE HIDDEN LAW

I come from the depths of infinity

and from all directions of space-time.

I traveled through dark tunnels, went through solar storms.

I went straight, circled, parallel, rotated as a spiral.

Cosmic clouds trapped me and escaped from them.

Avoided collisions with meteories.

I was helped by exotic particles,

neutron stars and the love of gravity.

Every leaf, every flower, every mountain and lake,

every cloud and every star and every atom recognize me and greet me.

I feel that i have live for million lifetimes.

Who am i? What is my purpose?

Last night i sent a question into universe, asking ”who am i or am i not?

The universe responded immediately:

”You asked me the same thing billions of years ago.

And then and now i answer:

You’re the smile of no birth and no death,

The Hidden Law![2]

3. I MET A WORD

Last night, in my dream,

while i wandering in the wild lands

and crossing silent shadows,

i met a word and ask: ‘’What’s your name?

‘’My name is love and i’m alone in life,

i need you, otherwise will be lost the dream’’.

I answered: ‘’We need you too,

but we are in pain and scared and don’t admit it.

Please, lend me your glowing eyes’’.

‘’No, no need, you’re in the embrace of light,

but you’ve forgotten it’’[3]

4. IS OUR FATE

i know that i shall meet my shadow,

one day, is our fate. I know that, someday,

the light ends for us and the deadly gravity

will absorb us. And again, a magician spark

will shine and a ocean of souls

will flood the universe and will

give birth to stars and grief.

And maybe, just maybe, in another heaven,

my dreams will be your dreams.

You see, everything repeats itself

and everything will be reincarnated in different forms.

An incredible miracle, carefree, and we live in it.

The miracle is folded into your heart

5. A FREE BIRD I WANT TO BE

A free bird I want to be

Despite the fears of freedom

Despite the unfamiliarity of the destination

Free as a bird I want to be

as the breath of stars.

In every heartbeat, a story lies,

In every soul, a universe of skies.

Yet in the echoes, we remain,

A whisper in the wind,

In the vast expanse within, we are kin.

No lines to mark where you end and where I begin

We find a truth profound: there are no borders in our souls.

A free bird I want to be

Our hearts beat in unison, a universal song,

In the dance of life, we all belong.

No walls can hold the spirit, no chains can bind the heart,

In the realm of the soul, we are never apart.

We are threads in a tapestry, woven with care,

Each one unique, yet all are there.

In the fabric of existence, every soul plays a part,

Connected by love, the language of the heart.

For in the end, we are one, there are no borders in our soul,

In the dance of the cosmos, in the flow of time,

We find our place, in the rhythm and rhyme.

A unity of hearts, a collective dream

A free bird I want to be

On wings of dreams, I’ll soar so high,

Beyond the clouds, across the sky,

Unbound by chains of earth or sea,

A free bird, yes, that’s what I’ll be.

In skies of blue, my heart will sing,

Of freedom’s joy, the gift it brings,

No cage, no walls, just liberty,

A free bird, that’s my decree.

In forests deep or deserts wide,

Above the world, where secrets hide,

With boundless joy, so wild and free,

A free bird, that’s my destiny.

With wings spread wide, I long to fly,

Touch the stars, caress the sky,

Unbound, unhindered, wild and free,

A free bird, I yearn to be.

6. WHEN I WILL DIE

When I will die, the world will keep its pace,

Unfazed by my absence, in its infinite grace,

The sun will rise, casting its morning glow,

Life will move forward, as it always does so.

When I will die, the skies will still be blue,

The stars will shine brightly, in the night's hue,

The seasons will turn, from spring to fall,

Nature’s grand cycle, embracing us all.

When I will die, memories will linger on,

In the hearts of those who’ve known me, even when I'm gone, Echoes of laughter, whispers of love,

Will weave through time, like a gentle dove.

When I will die, let there be peace,

A quiet end, a serene release,

No mourning, no sorrow, just a gentle farewell,

As I journey onward, where dreams dwell.

When I will die, I'll find my place,

Among the stars, in boundless space,

A soul set free, to roam and explore,

In the infinite vastness, forevermore.

7. WE ARE MADE OF HEAVEN

In the boundless skies above, where stars in silence gleam,

We are made of heaven’s breath, in every heart’s true dream.

Born of cosmic stardust, in the tapestry of night,

We carry the celestial spark, within our inner light.

In the laughter of the morning, in the whisper of the breeze,

Heaven’s touch resides within, in moments such as these.

Through the trials and the triumphs, in joy and in despair,

We find the traces of the stars, in all we do and share.

Our spirits are but echoes, of a universe so grand,

We are made of heaven’s grace, by nature’s gentle hand.

In every act of kindness, in every loving glance,

We reveal the threads of heaven, in our human dance.

We are more than flesh and bone, more than earthbound clay,

We are born of endless skies, in the light of a new day.

In our dreams and aspirations, in the love we freely give,

We are made of heaven’s wonder, in each moment that we live.

So let us shine with all our might, let our spirits soar,

For we are made of heaven’s heart, forever and evermore.

In the vast expanse of life, where stars and souls align,

We are made of heaven’s essence, in the depths of the divine.

8. AFTER DEATH

After death,

I will not be gone—

I will be wind, touching your skin,

I will be silence, deep within.

The body fades, the name dissolves,

But the soul—

The soul returns to the rhythm of stars,

To the breath before beginnings,

To the light that dreams all forms.

There is no end,

Only a door swinging inward.

I become the question and the answer,

The seed, the flame, the sky undone.

I will not speak,

But you will feel me in stillness—

When time pauses,

And your heart remembers

That it too is part of the infinite.

Death is not loss,

But a returning to source.

A merging with the song

That sings through all.

So do not mourn—

I have not vanished.

I have returned to everything.

9. WE ARE THE SAME DREAM

The earth is not yours, not mine —

it is the breathing body of all.

The stars are not strangers,

they burn in our blood,

they echo in our thoughts.

To wound another

is to wound the sky,

to heal another

is to heal the whole.

We are not many, we are one life,

one dream dreaming itself

in a thousand forms.

And when we awaken,

the walls will vanish,

and we will remember:

No border holds us,

no wall divides the breath —

the air of your lungs

is the same wind that moves the oceans,

the same whisper that stirs

the heart of a stranger.

10. AFTER DEATH

After death,

I will not be gone—

I will be wind, touching your skin,

I will be silence, deep within.

The body fades, the name dissolves,

But the soul—

The soul returns to the rhythm of stars,

To the breath before beginnings,

To the light that dreams all forms.

There is no end,

Only a door swinging inward.

I become the question and the answer,

The seed, the flame, the sky undone.

I will not speak,

But you will feel me in stillness—

When time pauses,

And your heart remembers

That it too is part of the infinite.

Death is not loss,

But a returning to source.

A merging with the song

That sings through all.

So do not mourn—

I have not vanished.

I have returned to everything.

11. FOREVER MAN

He’s seen the rise, he’s seen the fall,

The hands of fate, he’s touched them all.

Through love and loss, through war and peace,

His journey never finds release.

A wanderer with weary eyes,

Chasing moons in endless skies.

No start, no end, no final stand—

The Forever Man.

Through ages old and years unborn,

He walks the earth, weathered and worn.

A face untouched by time’s embrace,

Yet burdened by each fleeting place.

He’s watched the empires rise and burn,

Loved and lost with no return.

The hands he’s held have turned to dust,

Yet onward still—because he must.

The forever man.

12. THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HEART

In the quiet chambers, where the soul resides, There lies a sacred wisdom, where true knowledge hides. Beyond the realms of logic, beyond the mind’s vast art, There blooms a deeper knowing, the knowledge of the heart. It whispers in the silence, in the spaces in between, In moments soft and tender, in visions deeply seen. It’s felt in every heartbeat, in the rhythm of life’s song,

A truth that’s pure and timeless, where hearts forever long. This knowledge needs no language, no words to understand, It’s written in the actions, in the touch of a loving hand. It sees beyond the surface, to the essence deep inside, A bridge that spans the distance, where souls can safely hide.

For in the heart’s own knowing, there’s a wisdom vast and true, A guide through all the shadows, a light in every hue. It teaches us compassion, to see with loving eyes, The beauty in each moment, where grace and wonder lie.
