An antibacchius is a (rare) metrical foot used in verse .

In accentual-syllabic verse an antibacchius consists of two accented syllables followed by one unaccented syllable. The plural is antibacchii. A line written in all antibacchii is said to be written in antibacchic meter.

Its opposite is a bacchius.
