Dedalus Press is an Irish publishing house which specializes in publishing poetry, both Irish poetry and poetry from around the world in translation.[1]
History[]
The press was founded by poet John F. Deane in 1985. It was named for Stephen Dedalus, the anti-hero of James Joyce's novel, Ulysses.[1]
It is now run by Pat Boran .[1]
It operates as a non-profit enterprise, and receives funding from The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.[1]
