Nathaniel Howard (1804-1832 fl.) was an English poet, translator, and author of textbooks.
Life[]
Howard was a charity boy from Tamerton, Devonshire. He was educated in Plymouth by John Bidlake. He translated Dante's Inferno, and wrote textbooks that went through multiple editions.[1]
