J. Percy (1814-1822 fl.) was an English poet.
Life[]
The little that is known about Percy comes from notes to his published poems. He lived in Yorkshire, had little (or no) formal education, and was described as living in a "contracted station of life."[1]
His poems appeared in the European Magazine, New Monthly Magazine, Literary Gazette, and Blackwood's Magazine.[1]
