Jeffery Donaldson (born 1960)[1] is a Canadian poet, academic, and literary critic.

Donaldson was born in Toronto, Ontario.[2]
He was educated at Victoria College, University of Toronto. He teaches American literature, poetry, and creative writing in the English Department at McMaster University.[2]
He lives on the Niagara Escarpment near Grimsby, Ontario.
