Kate Knapp Johnson is an American poet and academic.
Life[]
Johnson earned a B.A. and M.F.A. from Sarah Lawrence College. Since 1987 she has taught poetry at the undergraduate level and in the M.F.A. Writing Program at Sarah Lawrence.[1]
She lives in Mt. Kisco, New York, with her husband and children.[2]
Recognition[]
She is a recipient of the New York Foundation for the Arts Award.[2]
