The site administrator, and author of its home page, says that he "studied John Keats' poetry 4 years ago, and it still means a lot to me now. I hope this site can prove to you how powerful his poetry was, as well as informing you about his life and relationships with other poets." He promises that "Keats' Kingdom will be always be updated with more poetry, notes, revision activities and other information."[1]

Keats' Kingdom went online in 2008, and moved to its present site in 2011.[2]
