Rosemarie Rowley (born 1942) is an Irish poet.

Life[]

Rowley was born in Dublin in 1942. She worked in England for the BBC in the 1950's. In the 1960's she attended Trinity College, Dublin, graduating with a degree in English, Irish, and Philosophy. She then moved to Luxembourg where she worked as a European civil servant. She returned to Ireland in the 1980s to work as Coordinator for the Green Alliance, and returned to Trinity College, where she received her Master's in 1984. In the 1990's she earned a diploma in psychology from the National University in Ireland. She lives in Dublin.[1]
